Tell me a story.
Everyone wants to hear a story well told.
However, storytelling to be true must be rehearsed often and well. The more you tell stories the better you become as a teller.
You will soon realise you need only you.
Storytelling requires no batteries to work, no props nor equipment to unfold.
Stories can be told anywhere, at anytime, in cave or stadium, to one or many.
The great storytellers drew from what was and what is to entertain an audience.
You must do the same.

Thank you Brendan for your most enjoyable Storytelling workshop ,
in THE CULTURE BOX , on 6th Feb. .It was very relaxed and informative .
I am keeping in mind what you said about recording my stories from
the days of THE EMERGENCY ,THE GLIMMER MAN , OLD SCHOOL DAYS, GAS MASKS ,ETC. . Your stories were so lovely and interesting .
Thanks again , Eithne .
Hi Eithne.
I’m glad you liked the Temple Bar workshop; a workshop is only ever as good as the participants and there were some fantastic stories unearthed that day in the Culture Box.
Your list of stories immediately suggests all sorts of images of Dublin. Perhaps, we’ll hear you telling them, sometime.
Until then.
Best wishes
Brendan
